Castaway On The Moon 2009

A recession victim chooses suicide by jumping into the Han river, only to end up on a tiny uninhabited island smack dab in the middle of Seoul. Problem is, no one pays attention to the island - or the man... except for one peculiar soul who has not left her room in three years. She spies him on her camera and soon, an improbable romance begins.
